Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia-wide. International shipping can be arranged for selected destinations as the store grows. Local delivery details are confirmed at checkout.
How long until my order arrives?
Orders are usually prepared within 1-3 business days. You will receive tracking once your parcel leaves the studio.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking details are sent by email once your parcel leaves the studio. The carrier depends on your delivery address.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes. All AU domestic orders can be sent to a Parcel Locker or PO Box. International PO Boxes available on request.

THÉ LIMPIDÉ creates botanical fragrance and ritual care: 10ml botanical perfumes, THÉ Bath Ritual bath oil, handcrafted terrazzo soaps and simple aroma accessories.
What are your products made from?
Our products are led by botanicals, pure essential oils and natural materials. Full ingredient details should always be checked on the final product label.
Can I use them during pregnancy or with sensitive skin?
Please seek professional advice before using essential-oil-based products during pregnancy, around young children, pets or with sensitive skin. We recommend patch testing first.
What is THÉ Bath Ritual?
THÉ Bath Ritual is a botanical bath oil available in 30ml and 200ml. Choose unscented or one of the seven THÉ LIMPIDÉ scents to suit your mood, intention or moment.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange a product?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Please reach out to hello@thelimpide.com.au before sending anything back so we can issue a return label.
My order arrived damaged.
We are so sorry - write to us within 7 days of receiving the order with a photo and we will replace the item at no cost.
Can I return opened products?
For hygiene and product integrity, opened products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. Please write to us and we will help assess the issue.
