Returns & Exchanges

Practical details for ordering, shipping, returns and how we look after your information, written with the same care we bring to the products.

We want every product to arrive safely and feel right in your home. If something is not as expected, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Change of mind

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days. For hygiene and product integrity, opened products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, email hello@thelimpide.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, refund or store credit where appropriate.

How to start a return

  1. Email us before sending anything back.
  2. Wait for return instructions and confirmation.
  3. Pack the item securely with your order number inside the parcel.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility. Faulty or damaged item returns are handled case by case.
